Superstar Cosmetics shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors. We strive to great lengths to keep our site accurate; however, errors do sometimes occur. Superstar Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or amend these policies at any time without prior or general notice.

Payments

Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. If you wish to pay for your order via Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer simply email us your order details and we will send you the instructions for payment. If you pay for your order with a credit card issued outside of Canada, your bank may charge you a small foreign merchant transaction fee at time of billing. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

Shipping Terms

Superstar Cosmetics processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. If there are concerns about service times or you wish to receive your items on a particular date, please be sure to place your order at least three weeks in advance to avoid receiving your shipment late.

We will ship all orders standard by either UPS, USPS, Canada Post or Royal Mail. Normal delivery periods are between 5-12 business days. However, we do ask that you wait 25-30 days before contacting us about a shipment.

Orders will ship direct from each manufacturer in their packaging, giving you the freshest product & newest formulations available. Thus, if you order from various manufacturers such as Life Extension, Longevity Plus, and Profound Products, the items will ship separately and you may receive packages on different days.

United States

Canada

FREE shipping is provided on all orders OVER $150 (excluding taxes). All orders UNDER $150 (excluding taxes) will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $10. Additional shipping fees may be added to all orders that have products originating from our United Kingdom manufacturer. Orders shipped to Canada are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your order, you will be contacted by us prior to shipping. Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. Certain products that we do carry may be restricted for importation by the Canadian government.

International

All orders will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $30. Additional shipping fees may be added to all orders that have products originating from our United Kingdom manufacturer. Orders shipped internationally are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your order, you will be contacted by us prior to shipping. Certain products that we do carry may be restricted for importation into certain countries so please email us with your order to see if we can ship to you. International shipments may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Shipments returned to Superstar Cosmetics due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or refused entry by customs may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and return shipping costs. Superstar Cosmetics cannot process a refund if a shipment is seized, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information entered. Refunds will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid and no collect shipments will be accepted. In the event that your shipment is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution by email or call us at (404) 382-0867.
