Shipping Terms

Superstar Cosmetics processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. If there are concerns about service times or you wish to receive your items on a particular date, please be sure to place your order at least two weeks in advance to avoid receiving your shipment late. Normal delivery periods are between 5-10 business days. However, we do ask that you wait 15-30 days before contacting us about a shipment. Express shipping is available upon request.

United States

FREE shipping is provided on all orders OVER $150 (excluding taxes). All orders UNDER $150 (excluding taxes) will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Air Mail. Shipments to the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

International

All international orders are shipped via Canada Post Air Mail or Canada Post Surface Mail. Items shipped outside of the United States and Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee of $20. All international orders are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your international order, you will be contacted by Superstar Cosmetics prior to processing/shipping. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund/Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Shipments returned to Superstar Cosmetics due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or refused entry by customs may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and return shipping costs. Superstar Cosmetics cannot process a refund if a shipment is seized, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information entered. Refunds will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid and no collect shipments will be accepted. In the event that your shipment is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution by email or call us toll free at (866) 368 2268.
